Fnb private wealth

I had logged a query with regards to fnb refunding my money in an incorrect account up till today it still has not been resolved i have been given the run around since december. Can this query be resolved or not ? Am i going to get my money back or is FNB GOING TO KEEP IT ? Is this how you treat your private wealth customers?
