FNB Private Clients (Worst banking service ever)

FNB Private Clients service is just a label with no value. You pay high monthly fees for nothing. E-mailed my private banker 5 days ago. No reply, contacted home loans myself. Even worse service from the sales consultants there. Called and lodged a complaint and still waiting for a reference number. Very disappointed in FNB. Spent R100 airtime on calls. Over 10 years being loyal client. Capitalism at it's best.
