FNB Private Clients - What a ****

I have been a Private Clients customer for over 4 years now but in the past year I have been paying for a non existant service, more like paying a high fee to have the name "private clients" on a card whi ZERO benefits. FNB fool you into believing that you will get a private/ personal banker who is there to assist you.

Over the past several months, only after contacting my private banker through the fnb website was I informed that my Banker is no longer there. Thereafter all my requests go through to some suite, evidently an extension of an existing call center. I have already complained via the portal about the non-existance of the Private banker that I am supposed to have and got nothing.

A week ago we discovered ***** on my Credit Card and as a result the card had to be cancelled, now bearing in mind that I work on a remote location in Africa and cannot just walk into a Bank to order a new set of cards I rely on this (non existant) banker to assist me. I sent an email requesting a new card to be delivered to me as I am abroad and simply got this reply (Verbatim) "Thank you for allowing us to assist with your request. I have acknowledged your service request. Kindly use our digital platforms to order a card or alternatively call us for assistance. Private client service suite - ********** Contact the FNB Private Clients Service Suite on the details below should you require any further assistance."

So is this what I pay a over the top service fee for? I am extremely disappointed FNB.
