FNB PRIVATE CLIENTS - USELESS DO NOT GO THERE

I have never ever seen such pathetic service. I am suppose to be a private client. What a joke!!!!!!! They put you through from the one person to the other. One knowing less than the other. Vodacom failed a transaction but the money went off my credit card. Vodacom say I need to speak to FNB. FNB cannot see my virtual card on any system??? So they cannot see the transaction to actually reverse it????? Really!!!!!!! Then they tell you to dispute it on your app - and... that does not work either!!!!!!! So they will mail me a form for the dispute! I got that at least.
