FNB private clients ***** /uncancellable private wealth accounts
FNB private clients and fnb private wealth is the biggest **** in history...
I have been a private client member for the past 8 years added by a person in branch who advised it would be good for my self and business. I did it and received nothing but the worst service ever as it made general trading more difficult
After 3 years of having private clients i tried to cancel this service...
Its been 5 years that im trying to cancel this service been into the branch several times for the past 2 years also trying to cancel it and all they say is the branch cant help you, you need to get hold of private client banker who never answers the phone....
Private banking is ***** by fnb
Im in the branch today for 3 hours already as i have been last year November for 3 hours as well when it was promised that the downgrade was completed and 1 year later still nothing

My question is now will i be refunded all theses years fees as its on your system that i filled cancelation request but your private bankers were not available ever, not to assist in banking matters or cancelation of the account.
I feel i am owed?
The staff at Killarney branch were the best by far, Mr Sibusiso tshabalala the team leader and katlego poo the consultanted who was able to see the problem and carm me down the experience reminded me of the old fnb branch in the glen south of johannesburg where the staff was extremely helpful and knew how to deal with clients on a personal level that got me thinking private clients was a good idea but was the worst move ever...
