FNB Private Clients - Terrible Service

Worst experience ever received from any financial institution. Private Client experience is definitely not worth it. I accepted a loan quotation and have heard nothing from the bank for a week. When following up they promise they will get back to you but don't. Logged a query online which was closed and marked as complete but FNB didn't do anything.
