FNB PRIVATE CLIENTS SUITE A.W.O.L

FNB Private Clients suite is expensive for nothing I did an EFT transaction 13 Oct and realized that it was an incorrect account . I then contacted FNB Private Suite and wrote an email to my "Private Banker"

Who did not bother to reply since all I wanted was feedback if funds have been withdrawn ,now to add salt to the wound the recall department is not working during weekends . So we're must I get help as a Private Client I also emailed the recall form so that funds can be reversed as soon as possible .

This is poor service .
