FNB Private Clients sucks!

Hi

I am very unhappy with the service I have received from FNB since becoming a private client. I have written a complaint to FNB & my private banker with NO response. It has now been 2 weeks and two days. My queries about the ********** transactions should have been resolved in 10 days.

- My private banker is never available when I try and contact her. I also don't understand why I have a private banker and not a direct number to her I still go through the call center??? - My first phone call to FNB about this ********** incident was on the 4th of October 2018 and since then you I have been referred to three different agents, everyone except my private banker. - My premier credit card was only cancelled on the 9th of October 2018. I did phone my private banker early in September to ask her why the account was still active on my online banking and she advised it takes 90 days for the account to be "taken off" the online banking. -The first agent I spoke to on the 4th of October 2018 advised that the premier account had not been deactivated and she could not understand this either.

The first ********** transaction had gone off my premier account on the 4th of October. The next ********** transaction went off my Private banking Credit Card on the 4th of October. The last (hopefully) ********** transaction was on the 10th of October also on my private banking account,.

Can you also please advise if it costs me R156.10 to withdraw money abroad??? If this is the case please advise why I am paying R400 + banking fees a month FOR SOMEONE THAT NEVER ANSWERS HER PHONE OR ISN'T AROUND???

PS. Absa hase a fixed rate of R50/R60 for international transactions.

I am considering moving banks, I have never been unhappy with FNB. Please fix this and get me another private banker.

Thanks
