FNB Private Clients structural home loan bad service

I cancelled my structural home loan in August. Giving my 90 days notice. When I requested the bond settlement figures. They issued me R42000 more than what my current home loan currently is. Trying for more than 2 weeks with a private banker and calling the call center without any assistance. Nobody can give me a breakdown of the settlement or cancelation figures. I pay for a private service but not getting answers, feedback from the homeloan cancelation departement.
