FNB Private Clients service is a huge sham!

<p>I was harassed by the FNB card division to take up a Private Clients credit card and I eventually agreed as I was promised excellent service and was also explicitly promised that it would cost me R25 more per month for a bundled cheque card promotion, but alas, FNB has been charging me +-R150 more per month. I had tried to contact the card division but I was just getting transferred from pillar to post. </p> <p>I have also tried to contact my "Private Banker" (what a joke!), nobody responds to the online query that I had sent or even answers the telephone! Really disgusted by FNB's blatant lies and service levels and I have been a client for years!</p>
