FNB Private Clients *** service

As a Private Client I am shocked at how badly my situation is being handled. Im trying to get my debt consolidated into one account but being shoved from pillar to post is no joke. Apparently my affordability needs to be taken into consideration. However my only debt is with them and guess what!!!! Im not behind on a single payment. However they have so many tiers that they just cant climb over. Shocked, horrified. The worst was a Channel Head cutting my call beacuse his meeting was more important than hearing me out.
