FNB Private Clients ****/Marketing Call Problem

I was recently contacted by FNB asking me if I wanted to upgrade to the Private Clients account and was told on the phone I would pay less per month and would get better benefits... I have just received this new card and have been reading up on everything... the agent pretty much **** to me - firstly it costs more per month and secondly I don't even earn enough per year to qualify... why the hell was I even contacted about this and instructed to upgrade...

Now the online chat / help just says I would need to downgrade... but there is nothing online about how to do this...
