FNB Private Clients Review

Rating 1 star so someone at FNB actually takes note of this.

My experience thus far has been mixed. However in most cases Private Clients seems to warrant you a good touchpoint who responds quickly.

However, this Private Banker mostly cannot assist you independently and has to refer you to other departments, these other departments do not provide a great experience and there is no special treatment that I've noticed.

So essentially I'm saying, in many ways, Private Clients often times is just a forwarding service, you send your request to your Private Banker, he\she sends it the relevant department and you get added to the que like everyone else. Nothing special about it.

An example is an Interest Rate application review that I submitted on Monday. Its Friday today, still no feedback, there is no excuse in the 21st Century for it take a full working week to get an answer, if this is Private clients, don't want to imagine what regular clients get.
