FNB Private Clients perthetic service.

Good day Im an extremely annoyed at the fact that FNB is allowed to charge me for the terrible service they provide. I been fighting to have a debit stopped on my account for 6months now. I would normally just reverse the funds myself, under Covid 19 FNB now charges me R40 to reverse the unauthorized debit. Which in principle is completely *********. FNB Private Bankers have been very little help aswell waiting up to 3day just for a weak response and not even following thru on there promises.
