the service or rather lack of service from the private clients team is horrible. in the past week alone there has been a ***** case whish i have not received feedback for. system would not let me activate my replacement credit card and i had to call again for assistance. my application for revolving credit (pre approved) keeps declining but no one can explain why.

i have been on hold for over an hour and no bankers are available.

i have not managed to reach my banker in over a year.

debit orders went off yet my salary has not come through (because its December?) TOTALLY MESSING UP MY PLANS.
