FNB Private Clients is awful

To share all my negative experiences lately with FNB would take too much time. The latest is that it has taken over two months to close an account and they still have not sent me a nil balance letter. FNB Private clients used to be good but now they are appalling. I have been banking with FNB for the last 40plus years and cannot deal with them any longer. I am now in the process of moving my whole portfolio, including 3 home loans, childs banking account, wifes banking account, and two credit cards and vehicle finance.
