FNB Private Clients, How can we NOT help you !!!

HELP ME FNB, PLEASE HELP ME !!! I WNAT YOU TO HELP ME !!!! I have money due to me from the Singapore Government. I confirmed with my personal banker it would not be a issue to deposit a bank draft cheque from Singapore. I went to the first FNB Branch in CT, who referred me to Adderly st branch as they did not know what to do, and this should be handled by Forex. I Deposited the cheque at Adderly St OVER A MONTH AGO!!!!. After sending Numerous mails, and phone calls, this finally appeared in my account, (after just under a month) and then a few days later reversed out again. Trying to get any information between my Private Banker and Adderly street is useless. Call after call, Email after Email, I still am in the Dark as to what the status is. I am tired of being ignored all the time. Next step will to be to publish a article in the newspaper as to my recollection of this fantastic service you provide to your PRIVATE clients. I thought you valued your private clients more than this. I cannot speak highly of the service I have received whilst being a private client, and personally I would not recommend this banks PRIVATE service to anyone..
