FNB private Clients Completely a waste!

Upgradeed to Private Clients a few weeks ago. Still waiting for my cards that supposed to be here in 3 working days! Called and even sms'd my banker, he doesn't repsond nor call back. He is completely useless! Last week i contacted fnb to fight last week. They sent me 2 petro cards! No other cards. I keep calling a call centre. So its no use i have a banker!
