FNB Private Clients - Client - Disgusted with Service for R399/month -

i moved from a gold cheque account(paying R99/month) - i opted to become a private clients - client(R399/month) - I've been trying to get a Discovery Credit Card off my name for months now - I'm absolutely disgusted that a client can pay this type of amount per month for absolutely nothing - I'm disappointed - disgusted & if this issue isn't sorted by end of this week - i will inform all my friends(who by the way have private wealth accounts with FNB) - my story & push them to go back to standard bank or back to my gold cheque account - I'm absolutely disgusted - I've been pushed from pillar to post to get my name clear with FNB - but to no avail - please contact me urgently & sort this out - I'm ****ing fed up of this *** service - i want my name cleared asap so that i can apply for a credit card - this seems to be in the faaaaar distant future - my nr is *** -
