FNB private clients by yourself
When you pay for a private client service and are supposed to be able to call the private clients help desk and get answered but you wait 9 minutes then try again and again have to give up after 10 minutes. IS IT REALLY WORTH IT? It’s quicker to walk to the bank...

21 Jun 2021, 21:34So I wrote that at 15:35...private banking is 24h. Nobody has tried calling me up to now 21:33. That. Is. Disgusting. I seriously considering closing my FNB and just using my Barclays. Worst worst worst service. Damn you.
