FNB "private clients" banker

I have been asking for weeks, maybe months for a new banker to be assigned to my portfolio as the current one assigned adds no value what so ever to me.

I have sent emails and a number of tweets. only to be told that my "banker" will call me.

That just proves that my requests have been going un noticed from day one.

I think it is time to move on to another bank. FNB has not done anything significant for me since I opened up the account.
