FNB Private Clients bad experience

Upgraded to private clients and having a horrible experience.

It's not worth the money, your private bankers usefulness is limited. I had to be transferred to the relevant departments for what I needed. Had to resort to online applications.

If things remain the same, I'll downgrade right to Gold.
