FNB Private Clients and No Service

I recently sold my property and had life policy's ceded to the property I am trying from Friday to cancel the ceding and move the policies to another bond. I am a Private client but that is just in the name they never call back (after several (voice messages) or even bother to answer their phones but at the end of the month they make sure to deduct the hefty fee. There is no service Life transfers me to home loans then they transfer me to private clients. There is no service maybe because they can handle the workload also nobody can comprehend my problem. I got through eventually but only got a reference number. My point is to stay with your gold cheque and don't be swayed by this private client's nonsense.
