Fnb private clients a waste of money, go Investec instead

How do you guys get off charging R1 500 interest on a R2 200 repayment?? So every month I pay, I literally get a bigger interest hit and fall behind each month. Are you for real? You are trying to make it so I can never pay you back? I call the private clients suite and don’t get an answer, I message I don’t get an answer. Is it very difficult to answer the phone? Private client service? 0/10. I consistently complain about your service and you consistently keep being useless. Don’t bank with FNB, in particular their private clients suite, go to Investec where you receive a real service.
