FNB Private Clients- A bank that never keeps their word

I am utterly appalled with the service I received from the Private Clients Division. I had recently requested to obtain a fusion account and on every interaction with their agent a new inquiry was logged, my banker was on leave and therefore I contacted the suite, after the application I did not get any feedback with regards to my application, the last interaction was with a manager who assured me she will call me back but never did, each inquiry has a negative effect on my credit score, I am utterly disgusted in the manner in which this matter was handled, to date I have yet to be contacted from the suite, you may contact me directly if you have a solution to this query.
