FNB Private Clients

I have been a loyal client of FNB for over 15 years. The Private clients account offers access to a personal advisor and bankers to assist when needed, for a phenomenal fee. I was recently subjected to ***** and it is disappointing that my banker provided by FNB has been unreachable, it is almost impossible to speak to the same person. I receive a request for documents and thereafter a message stating that I will be refunded but then get told that this was an error. The response to this Mail will most likely be an automated message with no solution to the problem. Attempting to downgrade the banking account is even more challenging as you can never get through to a person to assist.
