FNB private clients

I have been a fnb private client for 5 years, they have changed my banker about 3 times in this period without once notifying me of it, so i never know who to contact! But my main concern is that, it does not matter what time of day it is i can not get hold of my banker! It is better to just go into the bank if you have a problem, thus making private banking pointless!!
