FNB PRIVATE CLIENTS

What is the pint of having FNB Private Client status when you don’t get the service that is required. Might as well be a Capitec savings account holder with the rate FNB is moving. My husband and I are both Private Clients, he has been having issues with his credit card for the past 3 months and it seems as though FNB staff are not equipped to handle simple issues that stem from their system?????? Does FNB not train their staff adequately???? Have they completely lost the plot or is customer service not a priority anymore??? I have been trying to benefit from the spousal discounted service fee for the past 5 months, paid an access of R1000 in service fees which I’m sure FNB will not reimburse. It seems as though FNB makes promises they are unable to uphold????? We have been approached by Standard Bank and will definitely be moving all our accounts over, business and personal. It’s sad to see a relationship built over 2 decades just get thrown away but customers are no longer a priority at FNB and that’s what sets a bank apart from the rest, it’s ability to assist the client and make him the first priority by resolving issues at a reasonable turn around time. Now we will be moving forward with Standard Bank.
