FNB Private Client - WASTE OF MONEY!!!

I honestly don't know why I pay to be a private client and get such ridiculous service!!

I can't wait to close my account and move my home loan. Your service is pathetic!!

How dare you tell me via chat to call in and then talk to a damn machine for 10 mins and then still be put on hold? Why do I have a private banker if I don't have their support or service?

If anyone is considering paying extra to be a Private Client at FNB, don't waste your time or money by paying the extra R395 monthly fee.
