FNB Private client very bad service

I changed from Premier client to Private client even-thou it costs more i was thinking with everything they promised i will get better service. I have been holding and hearing "please wait for next available consultant" for half an hour, i made a screen dump of the time. This is extremely poor service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
