FNB private client should be decommissioned.
I have emailed | send a request to my private banker [***] .
It took more than two requests, made on different days for them to finally respond to my query.
I have requested them to enable my FNB Pin on my credit card when I utilise the tap and go functionality. It's been over a week now, no feedback after seven days and this is not yet effective or implemented.
This allows any amount to be deducted from the credit card without requiring a pin. Before I would leave the card at home to eliminate the security risk but now I am carrying it regularly to increase my ebucks earnings.
This is still an issue and I have tried to do this myself on all their platforms and I am suspecting that this is not configurable.
Please help.
