FnB private Client services are terrible

As a Private Client of FNB, it is disappointing and frustrating with the service received. Getting issues resolved timeously is impossible. The client service suite that you have to use when your banker is not available is useless with consultants dropping the calls, never returning them, case numbers given with no follow up. Training and how to manage clients is very much needed. Overall very shocking experience.
