FNB Private Client Service is **********!!!

Where is my license disc FNB?!!!

Why am I even considered a Private Client with this appalling service.

I have been re-routed a million times and finally get through to FNB Private Clients help desk and they tell me I have to email the department because they don't have a phone number I can call?!!

This is unacceptable, how many times do I have to loose my mind on Hellopeter before I get help? I have 3 THREE reference numbers regarding this issue and NO-ONE has called me back.

It has been over a month of trying to renew my car license, I have paid almost 1k to have this done and apparently through the app my license has been paid for and renewed but NO delivery and DELAYS ALL THE TIME.
