FNB Private client service and safety concerns

I contacted my bank which is FNB after an suspicious debit order of R109 went of my bank account with the ref Starsip14945Z they indicated its access bank.When contacting them they already know about this and gave me a number of an Alliance partner called Busbar the name Barend Du Toit.These people are situated in Durban im in JHB i dont know anything about them nor did i authorize any debit order or service from them so clearly this is a ****.I keep on contacting private clients but they not even ringing,why am i even a private client?????I need them to stop any activity like i requested from this particular debit order and details i supp**** so that this doesnt happen in future next time it might even be more money taken off.I need this resolved and for someone to contact me urgently at this point i feel like after 20 plus years at FNB i want to move.I really dont feel safe.
