FNB Private Client NOT!

I am a private client of FNB, 3 months ago i opened banks accounts for my daughters via their online platform. At the time i was not contacted by FNB to submit FICA documentations. The holidays season came around and i left everything until i returned from leave. A week ago i submitted the FICA documentation as requested and the Bank Cards were delivered this morning (01 Feb 2021). Now that i am wanting to deposit money into the accounts, the accout shave been closed.

No one advise me that if i did not deposit money, the acounts wil be closed. This is totally dissapointing to have gone through the entire process and now for the accounts to be closed. I should have just gone with the simple process and opened tyme bank accounts at my closest Pick n Pay. If there was a rating less than one star, this is what i would rate FNB at this moment. PS I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHO MY PRIVATE BANKER IS. No that is service for you
