FNB Private Client is the WORST. If you don’t want a piece of mind when it comes to your finances, go to FNB.
I have never this stressed out by a bank, I have been a loyal customer for FNB for the past 10 years.
However ever since I have moved onto FNB Private Client, I have been more stressed and Depressed more than happy. I have not received value for service.
Since August until now, I have been having countless issues. If it’s not one thing it’s another, I have lost so much business, I lost so much revenue as FNB is not loyal at all.
I have experienced almost every potential problem with FNB. I have called their private client Service suite for more than 100 times the past months spending Over R3500 of airtime.
My Word of Advise, don’t TRUST FNB with your money, you will be disappointed on another level.

So the was one month which FNB never debited my account for a Revolving facility- the error was on their side.
Then the following month, they wanted to double debit order my account, and They found that there were insufficient funds.
A few day’s later after that, I made a manual transfer of more than R20 000 into the account- this is like paying 96% more than the required amount.
After that I am unable to use the revolving facility.
So the was one month which FNB never debited my account for a Revolving facility- the error was on their side.
Then the following month, they wanted to double debit order my account, and They found that there were insufficient funds.
A few day’s later after that, I made a manual transfer of more than R20 000 into the account- this is like paying 96% more than the required amount.
After that I am unable to use the revolving facility.

FNB is excellent at making people’s lives a big mess and difficult.
If you know what’s good for you, stay away from FNB, trust me you will be doing yourself a huge favor.

I can't even sleep, things are just not okay at home because of FNB.
