FNB Private client is just a black card, nothing more.

FNB Private Client sucks. Long wait times on the banking app to get assistance and I also spent about 15 minutes on a call regarding transfer of funds. I used to be on Private Client previously , but I downgraded due to poor service and high fees. I was persuaded to come back and evidently nothing has changed.

I also get the sense that FNB does not empower its private bankers to have sufficient access to its systems to facilitate banking transactions that its customers would expect them to perform on their behalf.
