FNB Private Client Home Loans - cannot get hold / get answer / get feedback

This is a private client home loan bond and on the 24th of November I requested an outline of payments from September 2019 up to now on homeloan ***. I need this information for a court application that will be filed against one of the bond applicants on Friday the 3rd of December. Mr. Cyril Daniels forwarded this request to the statements department and said that it will take 48 hours for them to respond. I haven't receive any feedback and I tried since 11:04 this morning to contact them and to actually complete a sentence before being cut off and having to phone again! I am NOT a FNB client. I'm one of the bond holders. Can SOMEONE please do something about this or contact me of email me?
