Fnb private client department is the same as home affairs. *** service

I got a call from fnb consultant saying my husband is a private client and I can upgrade to private clients on spousal pricing meaning I will pay the same banking fees but have all the benefits my husband has. However I been charged R399 per month bank charges like I am a private client and not on spousal pricing. I called many times and get told my banked who's name I get told is Thabo Sabela is busy and will get back to me Thabo never ever did get back to me. I emailed Thabo on *** with no reply this is going on for months now. I then decide let me go to the branch because I get no joy telephonicly or via email still they make me call I call same story Thabo is busy what must one do to get helped by a banker at this bank I am playing private client fees but being treated like I don't even bank with fnb. I been banking with fnb since I been a teen but both myself and my husband rather move banks. What the hell goes on at fnb private clients. I want my refund as I am being over charged.
