FNB Private Client Credit Card

I have received a FNB Private Client Credit Card with a PIN 1. Card does not appear on my Profile to activate 2. Phoned Private Clients for assistance, they transferred me to another division call got cut. 3. Phoned again this time there was no answer to the call at all Please help all i want is to have the card activated
