FNB Private Client Consultants Poor service

I just want to share my experience with FNB Private Clients - their service - that is if it exists, needs to be reviewed. Those consultant are just not helpful, especially the once assigned to clients. If our monthly bank charges takes into account the service to be given by those consultant, i suggest FNB review those charges - its a *******
