FNB PRIVATE CLIENT A WASTE OF TIME

Had Chosen this bank at FNB after my brother referred me how well fnb had treated him and when he switched to private client they assisted him even more although he never qualified for certain product his private banker had motivated his application which assisted him tremendously now he has moved to RMB . However in my case total opposite banking with FNB for approximately 6 months decided to Upgrade my account as I was told by a consultant there will be a private banker that would assist me in progressing but however this was not the case . My private banker was a total useless individual that did applications normal he knew would decline and never even had his banking analyst call me to motivate my application in getting a small credit card which I could have with FNB seeing that another bank has already offered me to move my account over willing to assist but I decided to give fnb a try first . THE PRIVATE BANKER WENT AND DID A NORMAL APPLICATION WITH NO EFFORT DID NOT EVEN MOTIVATE MY APPLICATION, SEEING THAT IM PAYING R450 PER MONTH , DID NOT EVEN GET ANYONE TO CALL TO MOTIVATE MY APPLICATION WHAT SO EVER , FNB IS JUST A WASTE OF TIME THERE PRIVATE BANKING IS NOT EVEN WORTHIED PAYING R450 CAUSE THEY DON'T EVEN BOTHER WEATHER YOU WANT TO PROGRESS OR NOT. EUGENE WAS THE WORST PRIVATE BANKER TO HAVE HE DOESN'T EVEN MAKE AN EFFORT BUT WANTS TO REQUEST REPORT WHEN HE KNOWS I HAVE BEEN UPTO DATE WITH MY PAYMENTS SINCE I HAVE BEEN BANKING WITH THEM. FNB SHOULD TEACH THERE PRIVATE BANKING CONSULTANTS HOW TO TREAT THERE CLIENTS SINCE WE ARE PAYING R450 PER MONTH WHICH MAKES NO SENSE PAYING R450 WHEN YOU COULD TAKE A CHEAPER ACCOUNT FOR R110 AND YET THEY DON'T THINK YOU CAN PAY YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR AROUND R340 MORE BUT YET THEY ARE WILLING TO UPGRADE YOUR ACCOUNT FOR YOU TO PAY R450 PER MONTH. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME I AM DOWNGRADING MY ACCOUNT AND WILL BE MOVING MY SALARY OVER TO ANOTHER BANK THAT ALREADY OFFERED ME A CREDIT CARD WITH EASE. IF FNB CONTINUES IN THIS WAY THEY WILL NOT BE GETTING PRIVATE CLIENTS.
