FNB Private Client

In August 2018 a block to spend internationally was erroneously placed on my FNB bank cards. I fought tooth and nail to have the hold removed without the help of a single person at FNB. I was later sent an email from FNB in November 2018 confirming that the hold on my cards to spend internationally has been uplifted/removed. I have the email from FNB with me yet I find myself stuck in London and all my FNB card transactions are being declined (not due to lack of funds). Can I please be contacted in this regard? I speak under correction but I think my private banker's name is Evan Smith (I may be wrong). Thank you.
