Fnb private call center

The service from fnb private suite call is so bad you can't even give a rating, fnb supplies you the wrong banking details and they make it your problem to see if you can get your money back,I am absolutely disgusted by the service. If this is the way they treat private clients I utter to think how normal clients are treated.
