FNB Private banking...what a hoax!!

I have not had ONE GOOD EXPERIENCE with FNB Private clients!!!!!!! If they don't cancel the wrong card when ours are ******,they don't pick up when I am in desperate need of my private banker. I have been banking with FNB for probably 15 years now,when I apply for a home loan (which I must do through a third party as my private banker is freaking nowhere to be found) I have to provide everything south of my choice of toothpaste! I CANNOT TAKE IT ANYMORE...Maybe now that I need a home loan, it might be a wonderful time to change banks all together!
