FNB PRIVATE BANKING WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME

I try do a payment online and the system says it failed I need to do it again, I then do it again it then both go thru, now I get told I'm lying cause they say if system had a fault they would know, I can fill in the forms and pay R260 to get the money sent back to me or I must speak to people and sort it out myself, why do I pay nearly double to have a private banker and they can do nothing for me EVEN when it not my fault.

if it was my fault by all means I will pay the penalty but if your System has an issue then it your fault not mine so why must I sort it out myself??

FNB service is PATHETIC.

i still find it shocking I have to pay for your FAULTY system!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and still have to wait 30 days. point is YOUR system was faulty that caused this issue and you/FNB just turn around and say its your clients problem, does your clients mean nothing to you? below is FNB comments and stays my problem? Good day Mr. Barnes, Thank you for bringing your concern under our attention. We would like to resolve the matter, but cannot get hold of you telephonically. Unfortunately, we cannot do immediate reversals on EFT transfers and payments. The funds needs to reach the recipient, we enquire, await their response, and retrieve the funds, only should it still be available. This Recall Process does come at a charge ( R265.00 ) and success to the reversal is not guaranteed. The turnaround time on this request is 30 Days. The quickest way to get your funds back in this instance, is to contact the recipient and request a refund. You did report system issues. We need more information on the occurrence in aid to investigate and deploy the necessary IT fixes, to make sure this does not happen again.
