FNB Private Banking Useless

FNB Private clients is just a useless **** where you pay exorbitant banking fees for bankers who cant even help you with a basic transaction reversal!!! I now have to call the recepient and make arrangements for them to give back my money, they couldn’t even tell me why their bankers could not do it. Useless facility!!!
