FNB Private Banking suite - very unprofessional

I have repeatedly requested a reversal of a transaction made on 1 August, with no response from FNB. I have filled in the dispute form/provided proof that the supplier has voided on their side/submitted proof of the transaction to no avail. Apparently my Private Banker can assist(well unfortunately not in my case) My Private Banker delegated it to someone else. FNB Private Banking suite is a joke!! Melvin Dlamini has not delivered on his promise to provide excellent service/feedback.
