FNB Private Banking Service

I have been struggling to get assistance from my supposedly Private Banking Service/Advisor for the longest time now. Have my provident fund transfer that needs to go to FNB and wow, such poor service. I am really wondering if it was the best decision to go this route. If your personal Private Banker is not available, there is just no assistance. You have a Private Banker that doesn't give feedback anyway. This is the worst service I have received and I have been there client for almost 30 years.
