**** FNB PRIVATE BANKING SERVICE
I have a very serious issue. I need to place notice on my FNB Private Clients home loan account because I want to sell the property. I am told I can't because my Risk Evaluation satus was not updated when I existed debt review months ago. FRB debt review Centre told me my profile is cleared there is nothing they must do. I was then referred to Risk to elevate my risk satus. Risk say I must go to branch. What **** is this? FNB PRIVATE BANKER NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. I WANNA CLOSE THIS FNB PRIVATE BANKING, IT'S NONSENSE... I NEED THIS RISK PROFILE ELEVATION TO BE DONE URGENTLY, TIRED OF THIS ****TY SERVICE...

21 Jul 2025, 19:44This is unfortunately not good enough. I need feedback. This is holding the me up, I can't even do anything because someone didn't do what they need to do. I need a private banker to step in and assist me, this is a service that I pay for. If you want me to take my banking needs elsewhere please let me know. I can't even do a pre-qualification for a new private clients home loan, yet my current home loan is up to date with not a single missed payment. Come on get you act together, I don't need standard answers, I need action taken so I can proceed. Please treat me fairly please
